Digital Gift Card Q and A

1. Gift cards purchased online are DIGITAL GIFT CARDS. You will be emailed a receipt first. The second email will have a barcode that can be scanned in-store directly from your phone.  Feel free to print the card if you want a paper copy. A physical card will not be mailed out. All physical cards must be purchased in-store.

2. If you are purchasing a gift card as a gift, enter YOUR information in checkout and forward the Digital Gift Card email to the recipient with a message.

Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

PLEASE READ…

Because the Digital Gift Cards are sent through email, there’s a possibility that your email client will falsely label them as spam. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see the email come through within 1 hour.

How To Email Card As a Gift

  1. To send a Digital Gift Card to someone else, place the order using all of YOUR information. (Your name, your email address, etc.)
  2. After checkout you’ll receive a receipt and the gift card in two separate emails.
  3. You can then forward the gift card email on to your intended recipient.
