PLANT REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Strader's Garden Centers Inc. replacement policy for retail plants is one year, one time, full replacement of plant material of equal or lesser value from date of purchase if the following criteria are met:

1. The plant must be dead as determined by our management staff.


2. The plant must be returned to one of our locations with the original cash register receipt and this warranty document. No other proof of purchase will be accepted.


3. The replacement policy does not apply to annuals, perennials, grasses, water plants, house plants, delivery charges and trees purchased during the Christmas season.


4. Roses sold during the spring and summer are warranted for 90 days from date of purchase.


5. There will be no refunds on dead plant materials. In the event the plant needed is not available, a due bill will be issued.


6. PLANT MATERIAL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON LIVE PLANTS


7. Plants installed at incorrect locations, eg: too wet of area, too shady, too dry or any locations where Strader's staff recommends plants should not be installed, will have no warranty.


No exceptions will be made from the criteria stated above. Certain sale items are excluded (eg: plants sold at 50% off) as indicated by the management.
